Checkout Note: To purchase an encounter, select $500 for a quantity of 1. This will take you to an option to choose your date. Each date allows for 1 ticket purchase. 1 ticket = 4 guests. The purchaser may attend and bring 3 guests for a total of 4 people. Must be age 9 or older due to close proximity with the bears.

Brown Bear Encounter Details:

• Encounters are 30 minutes from the time you meet the zookeeper.
• Arrive early at 8:45am.
• Meet the zookeeper at the zoo entry promptly at 9am.
• The encounter is from 9:00-9:30am.
• If you are late, we cannot make up the time. Be early!
• If you have an urgent need to reschedule, email [email protected].
• No refunds will be given, only rescheduling options.
• One ticket is sold per date. This ticket allows up to 4 people for the encounter.
• Participants must be age 9 or older. Maximum of 4 people.
• Encounter fee includes zoo admission for the day for those participating.
• You must be pre-registered and paid online at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cameras and pictures are fine. Please do not bring any food or drinks.
