Destination: Alaska Zoo

Reserve your seats on the free shuttle from Downtown Anchorage to the Alaska Zoo. Return trips are reserved separately. Please note that the last shuttle to the zoo will be at 4:30pm, however there are no trips after 4:30pm returning to Downtown. If you reserve the 4:30pm trip to the zoo, you will need to take alternative paid transportation from the zoo to your destination (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc).

Our shuttle is FREE, operating between Downtown Anchorage and the Alaska Zoo. The shuttle is in operation Thursdays though Sundays from May 22nd through August 31st, 2025 only. Our shuttle requires online reservations in advance for trips to the zoo and back to Downtown (each direction is booked separately). The meeting location downtown is in front of the Visitors Cabin at 4th and F St.

Ride to Zoo: Leave 4th and F St Downtown and arrive at the Alaska Zoo. See the following times:

9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm

*Note* If you take the 4:30pm shuttle to the zoo, there will not be a free shuttle ride back to Downtown. If you reserve a ride from Downtown TO the zoo at 4:30pm, you will have to find alternate paid transportation to your destination (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc).
